The Story
After more than two decades serving in the U.S. Navy, I retired and planted my roots permanently in Williamsburg. I traded the uniform for the workshop, but the standard remains the same.
I founded The Patriot Edge Services because I saw a need in the Historic Triangle. In a world of disposable tools and digital noise, we've lost the habit of maintaining what we own and mastering real skills.
Most men today are living a dull life with a dull knife—trading the workshop for the sideline and the craft for the commute. We're busy, but we aren't building anything.
This studio is the reset. Whether I am hand-honing a chef's blade to a scientific BESS apex, laser-marking a milestone retirement gift, or hosting a Blade Bros night where guys step away from the screens to build an ESEE Izula over a real connection—it is all about reclaiming a standard.
